Terms of Use

Please note: By downloading or using Soma, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the developer of Soma ("we", "us") regarding your use of the Soma mobile application and related services (the "App").

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. What Soma Does

Soma calculates a Human Design chart from the birth details you enter and presents it in plain language. You can:

• Generate your BodyGraph and read your Type, Strategy, Authority, and Profile
• Explore centres, channels, and gates with explanations written for beginners
• See daily guidance and current transits, with optional reminders
• Add other people and compare charts for relationship insight
• Ask questions about your chart and get answers grounded in it
• Keep a private decision journal on your device

3. Soma Pro (Subscription)

Some features require a paid subscription, "Soma Pro". Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through your Apple ID, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

• Soma Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed at the price shown in the App at purchase
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

4. Your Content

You are responsible for the information you add to the App, including your own birth details and any details you enter for other people. If you add someone else, you confirm you have their permission to do so.

You grant us a limited licence to process the content you provide solely to operate the features described above (for example, calculating a chart or answering a question about it). We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Present the App’s output as professional medical, psychological, or financial advice to others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the App or its servers
• Upload content that is unlawful, malicious, or that you have no right to share

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, text, and logos, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. Human Design terminology is used descriptively; trademarks and names of third parties belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Chart calculations depend entirely on the accuracy of the birth details you enter — an approximate birth time will produce an approximate chart.

You remain solely responsible for your own decisions. Do not use the App as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional, and never delay seeking medical or mental-health care because of something you read in it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the App, or for decisions you make based on its content.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your data from within the App (Settings → Delete my data). We may suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
