Please note: This document, "Privacy Policy," sets out the rules for using data of internet users by Daniil Gerasimenko (hereinafter referred to as "we" and/or "Administration") collected through the "Baby Recipes & Complementary Feeding" application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").

1. Data We Process

1.1. We do not collect your personal data through the Application.

1.2. All data collected in the Application is provided and accepted in anonymized form (hereinafter referred to as "Anonymized Data").

1.3. Anonymized Data includes the following information that does not allow us to identify you:

• Information that you provide about yourself using forms and software modules of the Application, including your name and phone number and/or email address.
• Data transmitted automatically in anonymized form depending on the settings of the software you use.

1.4. The Administration has the right to establish requirements for the composition of the User's Anonymized Data collected through the Application.

1.5. If certain information is not marked as required, its provision or disclosure is carried out by the User at their discretion. At the same time, you give informed consent for an unlimited number of persons to access such data. Such data become publicly available from the moment of provision and/or disclosure in any other form.

1.6. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the provided data or the User's consent required for processing such data under this Policy, assuming that the User acts in good faith, prudently, and makes all necessary efforts to keep such information up to date and obtain all necessary consents for its use.

1.7. You acknowledge and accept that the Application may use third-party software, as a result of which such parties may receive and transmit the data specified in clause 1.3 in anonymized form.

1.8. The composition and conditions for collecting anonymized data using third-party software are determined directly by their copyright holders and may include:

• browser data (type, version, cookies);
• device data and its location;
• operating system data (type, version, screen resolution);
• request data (time, referral source, IP address).

1.9. The Administration is not responsible for how third parties use the User's Anonymized Data.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

2.1. The Administration uses data for the following purposes:

• Processing incoming requests and communicating with Users;
• Providing informational services, including promotional and informational mailings;
• Conducting marketing, statistical, and other research;
• Targeting advertising materials in the Application;
• Providing personalized recommendations on baby nutrition and complementary feeding;
• Improving the functionality and user experience of the Application.

3. Data Protection Requirements

3.1. The Administration stores data and ensures their protection against unauthorized access and distribution in accordance with internal rules and regulations.

3.2. Confidentiality of received data is maintained, except when such data is made publicly available by the User, or when technologies and third-party software used in the Application, or settings of the software used by the User, provide for open data exchange with such parties and/or other internet users.

4. Data Transfer

4.1. The Administration has the right to transfer data to third parties in the following cases:

• The User has given consent to such actions;
• Transfer is necessary for the User to use the functionality of the Application;
• Transfer is required under Russian or other applicable law in accordance with the procedure established by law;
• Transfer occurs as part of the sale or other transfer of the business (in whole or in part), with all obligations to comply with this Policy transferred to the acquirer regarding the data received by them;
• Transfer is necessary to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Administration or third parties in cases where the User violates the Application's User Agreement.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

5.1. The Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When changes are made, the date of the last update is indicated in the current version. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is published in the Application, unless otherwise provided by the new version.
