Reporting a problem

If you’ve run into an issue, please include the following in your email:

  • A short description of the problem
  • App version
  • Device model and iOS version
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Screenshots (if available)

Payment & subscription questions

Cancely Premium is billed through your Apple ID. If you have questions about a charge, a free trial, renewal, or restoring your purchase, write to us and we’ll help. You can also manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
